How it works

You can do the work yourself in the system or let us prepare it. Either way, you approve the data and sign the declaration.

Who does what

Either way, you approve the data and sign the declaration. The difference is who does the groundwork.

In self-service the documents you upload are read automatically with AI, and the values are proposed with a source. You check and approve them.

From the supplier's data sheet to a published battery passport

Step 1

Collect the documents

Send the battery or cell supplier a link. They upload data sheets, test reports and dismantling information without creating an account.

Step 2

Approve the values

Each value is proposed automatically with AI, with the page and an excerpt from the document, and marked in it. Nothing is used until a user in your company has approved it.

Step 3

Track progress to the deadline

See for each battery model what is missing in each Annex XIII access tier and how many days are left until 18 Feb 2027.

Step 4

Publish the battery passport

The passport gets a public page in Danish and English and a QR code in GS1 Digital Link format. Restricted information is only shown through access links the company issues per access tier.

Assisted onboarding

Status along the way

A request goes through five stages, and you can follow it in the system:

Good to know

What "proposed" means

Once a document has been read, each value is shown with the status Awaiting approval and a source, such as "Source: page 3 of supplier-declaration.pdf". The value is only used in declarations and passports once you have approved it. If two documents disagree, this is flagged so you can choose.

What we do not do

  • We do not sign declarations on your behalf or take over your responsibility as the manufacturer.
  • Nothing is issued or published until a user in your company has approved it.
  • We do not offer carbon offsetting or claims based on offsetting.
  • We are a technology provider. We do not give legal advice and are not your authorised representative.
