Business has a fair-use ceiling of 5,000 pages of automatic document reading and 500 active products per month. Above it the automatic import stops, and you can move to an Enterprise agreement where price, pages and API calls are agreed individually. All prices exclude VAT.

Questions are handled by email or phone as needed. You log in, approve the values and issue declarations and passports yourself. We are a technology provider, and responsibility for the data towards the authorities stays with you.

When a subscription ends after the binding period, or when an assisted onboarding is complete, your product passports and QR codes continue automatically on this package. The passports stay online and the QR codes work. The package does not include self-service, document reading or dashboards. If you opt out in writing, the passports and QR codes are deactivated 30 days later, so you need another solution ready.

Changes, reading of new certificates and support not included in a subscription, for example on the hosting package or after an onboarding. Charged per started hour, with a minimum of 1 hour per request.
Email support on working days on all paid plans. Business has priority support. We are happy to call when that is easier than writing.
All prices exclude VAT. Paid plans have 12 months' binding from the date of agreement and are paid monthly by invoice, due in 14 days.
Each product and each battery model in the account counts as one. Packaging types under a product do not count separately, and the sample battery is not counted.
Nothing is deleted. You cannot create more products until you change plan, and once the month's pages are used, new documents are not read automatically until next month. Everything you have entered works as before.
Yes. You can move to a larger plan at any time, and the binding period continues unchanged. A smaller plan can be chosen once the binding period has ended.
The plan continues month by month at the same price and can be cancelled with 1 month's notice to the end of a month.
They continue automatically on the hosting package at DKK 99 per month, so they stay online as the law requires. You can opt out in writing; the passports are then deactivated after 30 days, and printed QR codes can be redirected to a new provider.
No. It is an option for those who want a quick start: we set up the system and prepare the data for your review. You can also do everything yourselves with a plan.

Yes. Free costs nothing with up to 5 products, and a sample battery shows the whole flow from data sheet to published passport in about 10 minutes.
